10.10.10

We blessed Carter on October 10, 2010...or 10.10.10. Yeah I'm totally a numbers person and I love that. It turned out to be a really good day, but boy was it stressful! I've officially decided that I don't host people/parties. It's just not my thing. After having a few mini break downs I was able to relax and breathe a little easier. As I look back on the day, that's not what's important, and not what I want to remember.

I want to remember:

1. How cute Carter looked in his white tux

2. That Carter was quiet during his Blessing

3. What the Blessing said...totally forgetting this already (I think its cuz I was so stressed I couldn't focus), but there was a lot about Love :) and we sure do love our little guy!

4. How Shawn gave the blessing. (I love hearing/seeing him use the Priestood)

5. Getting to spend time with wonderful family and friends (Thanks to all of you who could come--it was wonderful to see you)
